Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all private lessons, group classes, packages, and subscriptions offered by LeFrenchForYou.com.

1. Cancellations

Free Cancellation Window:

You may cancel a scheduled lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time (America/New_York) without charge.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are charged in full and are not refundable.

No-Shows:

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice is charged in full.

How to Cancel:

Cancel via your account dashboard or by emailing contact@lefrenchforyou.com. The timestamp of our system or our acknowledgment email (whichever is earlier) will determine the cancellation time.

2. Rescheduling

  • • You may reschedule a lesson at least 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability.
  • • Reschedule requests within 24 hours are treated as late cancellations and are charged in full.

3. Packages & Subscriptions

  • • Unless otherwise stated in a written offer, unused sessions in a package are non-refundable but may be scheduled within the package validity period.
  • • Package validity periods (if applicable) are communicated at purchase; expired sessions cannot be redeemed.

4. Class Cancellations by LeFrenchForYou.com

If we cancel a lesson or class for any reason (e.g., instructor illness, technical issues), you may choose between:

  • • A no-cost reschedule, or
  • • A full refund for the affected session(s).

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent participation, notify us immediately at contact@lefrenchforyou.com. We may, at our discretion, offer a no-cost reschedule if you have taken reasonable steps to troubleshoot (e.g., checking connection, device, and platform access).

6. Refund Method & Timing

  • • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Promotions & Third-Party Purchases

  • • Fees paid through third-party marketplaces/platforms are subject to that provider's refund terms.
  • • Promotional/discounted purchases follow the same 24-hour cancellation rule; the refundable amount will not exceed the amount paid.
